Once you have placed your order, a diligent stone monster in the schleich® warehouse will pack your order – on the same or following work day. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, which also includes your tracking code. Your order will then be transferred to our dispatch partner and delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
